Hey, I got the 17 part right! Further proof that I have no business predicting football games, eh?
Though I would've liked to see the Pats win, the game was fantastically entertaining and one of the better Super Bowl's I've seen. And I can be happy for Amani Toomer (who, like Brady, is a Michigan man).

is toomer the only um alum playing for the giants? glad you can find the silver lining in this :) on the topic of um football - you like the rich rod. hire?

Regardless, the answer is yes to both questions. Toomer is the only UM alum on the Giants team, and I love the R Rod hiring! Sad to see some of the waves his new offense will create (read: Mallett's departure to Arkansas), and it will be a difficult transition... but long-term it makes great sense. After reading a bit about Les Miles I was not in the camp that wanted to hire him. He's a fine fit at LSU and I'm glad he's staying there...
